The Branch Master screen is where you create and maintain branch information such as name, code, city, and center. Values entered here are reused in transactions like LR Entry, reducing manual entry.

Field Description
Branch Name Enter the name of the branch.
Branch Code Enter a unique code for the branch.
Type Select the branch type (if applicable).
Branch Account Select the account associated with the branch.
Branch Email Enter the branch email address.
Address Enter the complete branch address.
City Select the branch's city. This value is automatically used as the From City in LR Entry.
State Select the state of the branch.
Pin Code Enter the branch postal code.
Mobile Enter the branch contact number.
Center Select the center to which the branch belongs. This center is automatically populated in LR Entry when the branch is selected.
Admin Branch Enable this option if the branch is an administrative branch.
