🔧 Overview

The Account Merge utility (Utility → Advance Utility → Account Merge) combines all transactions and definitions of a selected “Wrong” account into an chosen “Original” account. You can also delete the duplicate account and merge opening balances.

  2. Select the Original account: Choose the account that should receive the transactions.
  3. Delete Wrong account (optional): Set Delete Wrong to YES if you want the duplicate removed after merging.
  4. Merge Opening Balance (optional): Enable this option to add the opening balance of the Wrong account to the Original account’s balance.
  5. Execute: Click OK to start the merge.
