eCount Advanced MIS Reports – Sales, Purchase, Collection & Transaction Analytics

Navigate to Menu → MIS Reports. The module lets you customize and create new reports, display data as graphs, and drill‑down to detailed records by pressing . Reports cover sales, purchases, collections, and last‑transaction details.

Sales Summary

• Party Cross Report – compare sales across parties.
• Partywise Sales Summary – total sales per customer.
• Salesman Wise – performance of each salesperson.
• Account Group Wise – sales by customer account groups.
• Citywise – sales distribution by city.

Sales Itemwise

• Productwise Sales Summary – quantity and value per product.
• Product Group Wise – sales by product groups.
• Product Category Wise – sales by categories.
• Party Product Wise Sales – products sold to each customer.
• HSN Wise – sales grouped by HSN (GST) codes.

Month Wise Sales

• Product Month Wise – monthly sales per product.
• Product Group Month Wise – monthly sales by product groups.

• Open MIS Reports from the main menu.
