How to Sign Up for eCount ERP Cloud – Step-by-Step Guide

Overview

This guide explains how to register a new company in eCount ERP Cloud.

Open the eCount signup page

Visit www.ecount.in and scroll to the footer. Click the Sign Up link.

Fill in the registration form

  1. Enter your Company Name.
  2. Provide the Contact Person name, mobile number and email address.
  3. Optional: add your GST number.
  4. Create a Company Code (minimum 6 characters, letters and numbers only, no special characters or spaces). This code is your unique identifier and will be used for login.
  5. If you have a referral code, enter it; otherwise leave it blank.
  6. Select the Company Creation Type that matches your business:
  • General Accounting
  • CRM
  • Transport – options include Full‑Truck‑Load, Part-Truck‑Load, Fleet Management.

Accept terms and submit

Check the box to agree to the terms and conditions, then click Sign Up.

Verify OTP

An OTP is sent to the mobile number and email you provided. Enter the code to verify your account.

Complete registration

After verification you will receive your username, password, and a login link. Use the company code together with the credentials to log in to eCount ERP.

Next steps

Log in, configure your company settings, and start using eCount ERP for accounting, CRM, or transport management.
