The Ledger report (Report → Account Books → Ledger or Ctrl + A) displays ledger data for all accounts. You can view a single account ledger, print statements in horizontal or vertical formats, and generate confirmation letters, daily or monthly summaries.

  1. Open the Ledger report via Report → Account Books → Ledger (Ctrl + A).
  2. Press Enter on an account to open its single ledger, or use the forward/backward buttons to navigate between accounts.
  3. Press F6 to set a Date Range and F1 to apply additional search filters.
  4. Press Ctrl + P to print; choose horizontal, vertical, T‑shape, or confirmation letter layouts.
  5. To print multiple ledgers in one PDF, select the desired accounts and use the multiple‑ledger print option.
  6. For quick account switching on the same page, press Ctrl + Shift + C, then select the new account.
