How to Integrate E-way bill API with eCount software ??

Step 1 :

• In the very first step, you have to login into the site of “Goods & Services Tax – E-Way bill system” through the link given below :

  Click here!

• After clicking on above given link, it will open the new window to get login into the E-Way bill system.
• You have to write your username & password over there as per shown in the image below :
  

Step 2 :

• Once you entered all the details click on Login . It will take to you the next step.
• Now, there is an option “For GSP” on the right side of the page. Click on it

  

Step 3 :

• Now, in the next window you have to enter the email id & mobile no. to get verified your registration.
• Click on the Send OTP

  

Step 4 :

• You have to write the OTP no. you got at your mobile no. or mail id.
• Click on Verify OTP

  

Step 5 :

• Once your account is verified the login process is complete and it will take you to the next window as shown in the image below.

  

Step 6 :

• Click on “Add/New” Option to register at “GST suvidha provider”

  

Step 7 :

• In this step you have to enter the details as per the requirements.
• First of all, you have to select the GSP name from the multiple options given, select the option named as “Chartered Information Systems Private Limited”
• As per shown in the image below :

  

Step 8 :

• After the selection of GSP name, It will automatically take your username itself.
• Now, you have to write the “Suffix id ( of 3 char )”
• Create your password with maximum 15 characters.

  

Step 9 :

• Once you enter all the details, Click on “ADD”
• It will give you pop-up message that your Account Created Successfully
• And you can see all the details of your account over there as shown in the image below
• Please save that details with you for further steps

  

Step 10 :

• Once your Account is created, Go to the eCount Software.
• And go to the Setup –> Branch Setup

  

Step 11 :

• In the Branch setup window, Click on the “GST API”
• And over there you have to write the Authentication key which will be provided you by Epic Developers, if you don’t have it please contact us.
• After that enter all the details of your account you got at the time of registration, like GSTIN number, username(Which contains “API” in it) & password in it.
• This all details you got in the 9th step.
• If you don’t have this details please go through with above steps.
• Once you entered all the details, Click on “Save this page”
