WhatsApp Facility Terms in eCount Software

Terms & Conditions

Please read the below terms of services carefully before activating this feature.

• Active subscription is mandatory to use this feature.
• 10% fail ratio on web based 3rd party API.
• WhatsApp monitors closely the type of massage you send. Sending unsolicited messages (SPAM) that your recipients are not expecting or want to receive, can results in WhatsApp permanently banning your number or IP. This is an action that WhatsApp takes, and eCount Software has no control or responsibility over it.
• Some cases where we are certain that your number will be banned are:
• Sending messages to people that haven’t agreed to receive messages from you or that have no connection to you or your business.
• Sending messages to numbers that don’t exist or that don’t have WhatsApp installed.
• Sending messages for debt recovery (people will report it as SPAM).

Prohibited Uses

In addition to other prohibition as set forth in the Terms of Services, you are prohibited from using the feature or its content:

1. for any unlawful purpose;
2. to solicit other to perform or participate in any unlawful acts;
3. to violate any international, federal, provincial or state regulations, rules, laws, or local ordinances;
4. to infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights or the intellectual property rights of other;
5. to harass, abuse, insult, harm, defame, slander, disparage, intimidate, or discriminate based on gender, sexual orientation, religion, ethnicity, race, age, national origin, or disability;
6. to submit false or misleading information;
7. to upload or transmit viruses or any other type of malicious code that will or may be used in any way that will affect the functionality or operation of the service or of any related App, other Apps, or the internet;
8. to collect or track the personal information of others;
9. to spam, phish, pharm, pretext, spider, crawl, ransomware attack, or scrape;
10. for any obscene or immoral purpose;
