How to Set Up Company Profile, Legal Details and Personalize Details in eCount ERP

Access the Company Profile

Open Setup from the main menu, then select Company Profile (or Report Setup). This screen is the hub for all company‑wide settings.

Enter Basic Company Information

  • Company name
  • Address line 1, line 2, city, state, PIN
  • Contact details (phone, email)

Add Legal and Tax Details

  • GST Registration Number
  • GST state and place of supply
  • PAN number
  • TAN number

Configure Bank Details and QR Code

  • Bank name, account number, IFSC/Swift code
  • Upload a QR code for receiving payments – the QR will appear on printed invoices.

Upload Logo and Signature

  • Upload your company logo – it will be printed automatically on invoices, receipts, and other stationery.
  • Upload signature image(s) for invoices and bank receipts.

Customize Appearance

  • Set login page background image.
  • Choose a colour theme for the software.
  • Adjust font size (Small, Medium, Large) for printed documents.

Branch‑wise Settings

If you operate multiple branches, repeat the steps for each branch. The Company Profile settings are stored per branch, so each location can have its own logo, tax details, and appearance.

Save and Activate

Click Save after completing the fields. The entered GST number will be used for GST reports and validation throughout the system.
